Product Introduction: During the running of dedusting bags, the gas includes moist, hygroscopic and deliquescent powders. It will create the water or oil membrane on the surface of powder to increase the cohesion, but it will make the dust removal more difficult. Especially under the high temperature, it will directly affect the normal work by dewfall due to the outer cool air. Considering this, ordinary felt has to adapt the special treatment to improve the working efficiency. In recent years, our company treats the polyester felt, polypropylene felt, anti-static felt, and Aramid felt with the active fluoride. Each type of felt has obtained the ideal water and oil repellent effect. Not only the result achieves the national standard, but also the original appearances are all well kept. After treatment, those filter material can form the molecular barrier around the fiber, which may prevent water and dirt attaching and leaking. Compared with the common filter material, it has the water and oil repellent character; moreover, it also has the anti-cohesiveness and easiness for cake peeling off. This product is especially for southern places of moist and rainy.
Principles of water and oil repellent:
Being dipped in the active fluoride mixed treatment fluid, some functional groups of macromolecule will react with treatment fluid, and forms the macromolecular chain. The reaction will change the water and oil affinity of the fiber; reduce the surface tension of filter material, until it becomes smaller than the surface tension of water and oil. In this way, we get water and oil repellent felt.
